SIKSAKUBUR /SK firstly formed in July 6th, 1996 in East Jakarta. In 2001, their first album, "THE CARNAGE", was released by Extreme Soul Production from Bandung (other city), with the first line up Japs (Vocal), Godhell (Guitar), Burgenk (Bass) and Gorust (Drum).

The second album, "BACK TO VENGEANCE", released by Rottrevore Records in 2002 by the same line up. In a short term, after the second album recorded, Godhell resigned from the band. Bimorbid (from Absolute Defiance) and Andre Tiranda (from Revitol & Bloody Gore) joined the band. This formation were only last for couple of weeks because Bimorbid decided to quit his positition in the band. So, the line up was only Japs (Vocal), Gorust (Drum), Burgenk (Bass) and Andre (Guitar). Wanna focusing on his study at that time, Burgenk decided to leave the band and Yudi Bebek (from Authority) replaced him to fill the empty bassist position at that time. Still under Rottrevore Records, SK once again, backed to K Studio in Jakarta to record their 3rd album in 2003, titled "EYE CRY" by the legendary cold-blooded sound engineer in the underground scene in Jakarta, Yuda. Dadi Beer, mixed it in Bandung and the album was responded outregously! Both CDs and cassettes sold in 4000 pieces. It was an extraordinary selling for an underground album at that time. Starting from this album, SK had got more and more opportunity to perform in many places, from an underground gigs until performed to many bigger stages. In 2005 Sk even got the opportunities to became the headliner in IJ Metal Fest 2005 in Singapore. Years go by and SK recorded their 4th album titled "PODIUM" which were still released by Rottrevore Records in 2007. This album was the last album for the drummer, Andyan Gorust. He decided to leave the band. Prama Jangex (from Kill For / Alexander) reputed as the best one in replacing Gorust. The bands problem had not really done yet. Yudi Bebek resigned the position because of a private reason. SK seek for his substituer, and there was Ewin (Extracensory/Corporation of Bleeding) that replaced Yudis position as a bassist until now. The last formation of SK in 2007 was Japs (vocal), Andre (guitar), Prama (drums), and Ewin (bass). This formation long lasted and performed in many shows in promoting their 4th album. In 2008, SK did their Java-Bali mini tour, titled "AGENDA BENCANA TOUR 2008" and got the opportunity to be the headliner of GEGEY FEST in Kualalumpur, Malaysia. By the end of 2009,SK got back to the studio to recorded their 5th album, "TENTARA MERAH DARAH". This time other label, Fast Youth Records, released it. Finished their recording, concerning to better supports in musicality and performances of this new album, SK decided to have one more guitar player and the option was goes to Nyoman (Death Valley / Funeral Incetion) to fulfill the latest formation of SK. This latest formation, with Japs (vocal), Andre (guitar), Prama (drums), Ewin (bass) and Nyoman (guitar) as the line up started to perform in many places. Supporting "TENTARA MERAH DARAH" album launching, SK held a Java-Bali Tour, titled "TENTARA MERAH DARAH TOUR 2010" and it became the most successful tour ever in SK s history. The tour was continued to Malaysia, which opportunited SK to perform in 4 cities in Malaysia. They were Penang, Perak, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Baru. Until now, SK is still performing in many places all over Indonesia. By the end of 2010, because of private matters, Japs resigned from his position, which had been his position for 11 years. In a very short term, Septian (Distrust) replaced him and 3 weeks after SK held a mini tour in 6 cities in Java, titled HIGH ACROSS JAVA TOUR 2010 in order to introduce the new line up. SK is planning to back to the studio, to record the 6th album and planning to, still, release more albums to support the death metal scene in Indonesia. KEEP METAL ALIVE!
