Biography

From the dead soil of Philippines, Rust Phantom initially started way back autumn third quarter of 2008 from a former lineup of Rallye Ibanez (Religious Nightmare), Rommel Enriquez (Nuclear Punishment) and Gil Santos (Loss of Control). With the help of diverse inlfuences, ideas and concepts from each of the band members, a death-grind impulse pushes through the band to play in an underground scene. Eventually they recorded a demo and releases a seven (7) Track EP material called "comadosed" way back late 2009. During the pre-recording process, Rallye decided to left the band for some personal reasons and fortunately, Allan Diaz (Loss of Control & Surrogate Prey) replaces him right away, he enters the studio and continue what has been left in a recording. Along the way, the band receives an scarce invitations to play in a different underground organizers from urban to rural locations of Central Luzon which makes the band more tight and intense.

Unfortunately, last quarter of 2010, Allan and Rommel confirmed that they we're leaving the Rust Phantom band due to some heavy issues between each of the others bands. Gil decided to accept his bandmates decision and continue what the band has been started.

Jerom (sabog Sintido & Dnepropretrovsk Maniaks) and Mike (mortal Fear) officially fill-in the missing spot that moment. The band decided to begun re-writing innovative materials from the veins of technical brutal death grind. Along the way, Rust Phantom remains tighter, heavier and got their first out of the town appearance at the decapitated fragment of the Philippines which is Davao. The band continues to compose a numerous track and decided to record it way back early 2012 for their upcoming debut full length material. Fortunately, Rust Phantom got their first out-of-the-country invitation at the Singapore Death Fest 2012 held at the Singapore Chinese chambers Auditorium. They share stages along with the well-known asian band such as Tools of the Trade, Asilent, Truth to be Known and as well as the Disgusted.

Multi-track recording and playing out of the country makes Rust Phantom tighter, heavier and more intense!

Fuck yeah! 2013 is another scarce moment for sharing performance on stages with different bands and to onslaught sicko's and mofo's with grind. The band is contemplating to re-enter again the Tower of Doom Studio to continue recording their anticipated full length debut album called "Cancerverse".
